Jessica Iannetta is currently the managing editor at the Baltimore Business Journal. Before being promoted in November 2019, she served as the publication’s associate editor.
Prior to coming to the BBJ in 2018, Jessica spent nearly three years at the Cecil Whig newspaper in Cecil County, Maryland, first as the education reporter and then as deputy editor.
Originally from New Jersey, Jessica is a 2015 graduate of Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a dual degree in newspaper and online journalism, and political science.
During college, she held a variety of internships at top papers, including in the features departments at both The Denver Post and The Star-Ledger. She also interned for the Ledger’s monthly magazine, Inside Jersey.
